The Ministry of Foreign Affairs would report to the Office of the Mayor, will be led by his appointee as Foreign Minister, and assisted by Deputy Foreign Minister, currently a volunteer position held by Jared Essig of the RCIF.

The Foreign Ministry would advance the interests of the City in serving as ambassador to the Tri-County Commissions, the Metro Regional Council, and other State and Federal agencies on shared statutory obligations and on City policy goals, those of which require cross-jurisdictional co-operation.

Requesting a desk from the Mayor, and to be provisioned the services of two full time staff from the Auditor's Office and the City Attorney's Office. A modest expense account for transportation costs, will be appreciated.

We support RoseCityAntifa.org in opposing fascist organizing, but have found their unnatural solutions to the problems of class, alienation, sex, and race, to create at least as many problems as they solve, and to be one of the main motivators for fascists to organize in resistance.

“Antifascist Aktion”, was Stalinist front for the KPD, the German Communist Party, in 1930’s. Todays “Antifa” borrows their ascetics, tactics, their logo, and shares the same goal of destablizing and ultimately overthrowing the liberal democratic state, which they characterize as “fascist” in an overly-expansive definition of the term. I never participated in the Black Bloc, nor claimed affiliation with “Antifa”. The liberals and revolutionaries should heed Trotsky’s correspondence from the 30’s on how to fight fascism, because both parties are making the same stupid mistakes today. I sometimes wonder whether Antifa has been infiltrated by secret fascists, because they are acting out of counter-liberatory despair, and contributing to a culture of violence and worship of power, and engendering hatred for the social justice movement. The ends don’t justify the means. Right and wrong matter.

In my practice of human liberation - the means are the ends: truth, justice, and radical love. That is how I work, and I refuse to live in a manner inconsistent with the world I want to create. That is how I have liberated myself so far. Life Matters. My life matters; Your life matters. If I am not for myself, who can I be for?(no-one) If I am only for myself, what am I? If you agree that Truth matters — reform education. Our project is to inquire into the foundations of moral knowledge and political science, and re-establish critical theory on a more sound basis than that offered Locke, Hobbes, Hume, and Montesquieu. We reject the idealist teleologies suggested by Kant and Hegel which are adaptations of Christian “salvation history” for a secular catholicism, and also the immanentist eschatology of Marxism and Fascism. And we need to establish liberalism and rule of law on a sounder basis than that offered Jeffersonian republican-democracy. Basically, we need to wean ourselves off the Roman empire. And heal the alienated gnosticism of the youth with something other than aimless hedonism and drugs, or christian dominionism, academia, and other neo-platonic cults, or hypnotic political sloganeering.

The “anti-imperialist” left needs a critical theory based on firmer foundations than that offered by Mohammed or Marx. Scapegoating Judaism or Israel is a convenient way to avoid moral responsiblity, and avoid critical thinking about the real adversary, while appropriating their prophecies for our religious cults. It is fundamental to Marxism, Mohammedan islam, as well as christian dominionism. But Imperialism, colonialism, and fascism are the legacy of Rome, not of Israel.
