- Future Ready Oregon, Future Ready Oregon 2022: Addressing Oregon’s Workforce Demands with an Equity Lens 70MM with 40MM left in 2024. FRO 2023 Annual report, HECC industry consortiums: Healthcare, Manufacturing, Technology. Despite the emphasis on equity and inclusion, FRO does not serve houseless persons among its dozen “priority populations”, a major wasted opportunity and neglect of the public and legislature's top priority. Need a new “Outdoors” consortium connecting employers and labor in Agriculture, Ranching, Fishing, Timber, providing low barrier seasonal employment to “houseless” “people who live outdoors”. 2022 Bill originated in RJC.
