Did not get a hearing and expired in House Rules Committee. Seeking bipartisan sponsors for a similar joint memorial in the 2025 legislative session

FRO 2023 Annual report, HECC industry consortiums: Healthcare, Manufacturing, Technology. Despite the emphasis on equity and inclusion, FRO does not serve houseless persons among its dozen “priority populations”, a major wasted opportunity and neglect of the public and legislature's top priority. Need a new “Outdoors” consortium connecting employers and labor in Agriculture, Ranching, Fishing, Timber, providing low barrier seasonal employment to “houseless” “people who live outdoors”. 2022 Bill originated in RJC.
